ORDER TRACING

A shipping tracing system was generated worldwide from Colombia which is visible on each step of the process from the production to the final delivery. On the map the user can see the most approximated place where is the order on real time.

Depending of the kind of user, there is possible to see the actual status of the order differentiated by color. There is also an easy way to find historical orders.

SHIPPING DETAIL

On each delivery tracing step it is possible to see the exact time and documents that have been uploaded related to the process. Depending of the kind of user, those files can be uploaded, deleted or downloaded.

The client has the chance to communicate via chat directly with the company (Luker Chocolates) to make their doubts about the shipping clearer. This platform have been structured on a way that it is so easy to use for clients and users in general.

Also, depending of the kind of user, it is possible to see the status of many orders simultaneously tho have control over them.
