For Smartsoft we designed the complete customer journey and user experience of 3 macro-processes in the portal of the National Registration System, and developed the main components of the front-end with a focus on interactivity, responsiveness and ease of use.
We analyzed each of the processes for different user roles and designed a customer journey, which would be replicable in the different sections, easy to develop and scale, keeping a modern but institutional visual concept.
